TERMS OF SERVICE

- Communication is done preferably either through Twitter or Discord. BUT, be sure to still have an email ready (the email connected to your PayPal account) as the final product will be sent by email.- By commissioning, I understand that the artist will not be creating content that contains disrespectful, suggestive, or sexually explicit themes. I understand that the artist will be choosing which commissions to accept and that available slots are not "first-come-first-serve".- I also understand that the artist has the right to cancel, refund, or deny service to any client due to rude behavior, uncomfortable content, and/or other circumstances at their own discretion. In addition, I agree that I must pay in full or half before the artist can begin working on my order.- If I have to go back and change something that was previously approved, the changes will come at an additional charge. The amount depends on how big the change is.- Once I have started on the commission, I will not refund it.- My artwork is exclusively for personal use and is NOT for AI or NFT usage.By agreeing to commission me, you agree to my terms and service and are willing to pay upfront in full price or half price._{Last updated: 10/11/2023}

TERMS OF WORK

I will be sending you WIPs of each step of my process. I only provide WIPs when I have them but don't be afraid to ask! Feel free to ask for revisions at any time, but keep in mind that after the draft sketch stage, it might cost you an additional fee depending on difficulty (3 revisions max).1) Rough sketch: After placing the order and accepting the payment, I will start working out one or more rough sketches. Here it will be sent back for review or approval (if there are multiple sketches, the client can pick and choose which they like best). Be sure to tell me all the details when the sketch and/or reiterations are delivered!2) Final sketch: From here, I take the rough sketch back onto the drawing board and produce a final sketch. This is then sent back for approval. I may ask further questions about the commission if needed.3) Lineart: Most artists usually have a sketch stage and then a lineart stage, buuut, I find it more easier for me to keep refining the final sketch along while painting.4) Flat colors: I lay down some flat colors and send it back for another round of review to make sure the client is satisfied with my choice of colors.5) Clean-up, coloring and rendering: I will begin the shading process/clean-up processes. Depending on complexity, this step varies. I won't necessarily do a review on the shading, but depending on the pieces complexity and how many crucial details there are, I might send it back for review.6) Final Touches: Where I do the special effects, filters, adjustments, etc. (I will only be accepting minor revisions at this stage such as color adjustments, artist errors and markings).To avoid future problems, it is necessary to present a digital reference sheet or an unshaded image of the character. Feel free to link me any pictures or additional references that will help you describe the scene better! Some things to keep in mind are character outfits, locations, expressions, moods, etc.Turnaround times can vary depending on my situation (school problems, family or force majeure) but is within 2 weeks.When I finish the commission, you will be sent a png of the final product through email via a Google Drive link.

PAYMENT TERMS

- Payments must be in USD and made through invoicing from Paypal.- I will ask for your email to send you the invoice.- Full payment or 50% must be made before starting the first sketch (The other 50% after approval of final sketch).- I will not start with the final product until I receive 100% of the payment.- Failure to pay within 3 days will result in the commission being cancelled, and you losing your slot.

TERMS OF USE

- I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork for advertising and self promotion purposes unless the client explicitly requests their commission be private. This must be noted at the time of purchase or before the artwork is completed.- The client is welcome to publish their purchased artwork on their own social media, in online art galleries, and in online character archives. The client may use, print, or crop their purchased artwork for private nonprofit use, such as social media banners, icons, backgrounds, physical art prints, or physical stickers.- The signature cannot be deleted.
